Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the delivered items. All returned products must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, the refund will be processed promptly.
